Transition Manager

Client Situation: Telecom retail organization outsourced Information Technology to an outsourcing services provider. Number of applications supporting the organization were developed and supported by 3rd party vendors. As part of the outsourcing agreement the outsourcing vendor was to provide 1st line of support for all applications. Project Manager

Client Situation: Marketing department for Television Broadcasting managed the development of a wireless application to enhance the new customer experience during registration and program selection process. Due to number of reasons this project fell behind schedule. Key resource resigned and the project was at risk of failure.   More info >>

Project Control Officer

Client Situation: Project was initiated to implement new 3rd party travel booking system and streamline existing processes. The ownership of the project was divided between the business and IT. Decisions were made to customize the application to meet the business processes. Resources assigned to the project were also responsible for day to day business operation. This led to extensive delays and issues. Data conversion issues, communication challenges and lack of control /change management contributed to the delay. Project Manager was temporarily engaged to manage the project. However, due to project schedule delay he was unable to complete the project. Senior Leadership team decided to engage a Project Control Officer to assist the Director of IT (Project Manager) with the delivery of the system.    More info >>
