Client Situation: A facilities company wanted to standardize project management across all lines of business in Canada. A mandate was set by the Senior Leadership team to develop Project Management Methodology and create a platform that will support the project managers in applying the new methodology.  Director of Project Management was put in place with the intent to setup a Project Management Office.

Intervention: ASL InfoTech inc. partnered with the internal cross-functional executive team including the Director of Project Management to identify existing processes, set policies and develop Project Management Governance. We gathered input, checklists and forms from the Support Services teams. We provided and customized processes and templates and rolled out technology platform using customized WorkEngine templates and provided training. The focus was on positioning for standardizing project management processes and practices across six lines of business.

Results: PMO platform in place and client positioned and to implement custom Project Management Methodology including project management policies, processes and templates.
